"Madrona Farm"
The Madrona Farm outside Victoria BC

We had no idea that such an attractive rural spot was so close to our city of Victoria. The way that the fields are draped over the low hill is just wonderful for a painter. About twenty of us had a go at it and we all did well. I strove for a simple composition and left out peripherals such as the odd tractor and hedge!
Chek-TV was there too today and some of our lovelies will be on the box tonight, I'm sure.

Like the overall composition and the patterns you have going on with the converging fields.
Might be a bit on the dark side and needing more colour pazazz?

Thanks Jeffrey - I appreciate your frank reaction. Keep 'em comin' -- it's good to see one's work through other eyes. I love it!
