A plein air painting done in a little over an hour this morning, leaving me time to try another study (see below).
Keith Hiscock gave me superb advice as to how to tackle the sand, at the bottom of my painting.
He said to add a little texture 'cos the sea above is pretty strokey, and texture on the beach ties the brush treatment in harmoniously. I tried it, and he's right.
You know by now you can see bigger images by just clicking on them.
